Maryland's Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program is one of the biggest changes to employer benefits in recent years, and every Maryland employer needs to understand how it will affect their business. Beginning in 2027, employers and employees will begin contributing to the state's paid leave program, with benefits becoming available to workers in 2028.
