This year's event will recognize Joyce Bowlsbey, for her outstanding leadership, service, and impact on the community. As we gather to celebrate those who exemplify integrity, innovation, and civic commitment, we invite business leaders, community partners, and changemakers to be part of this meaningful occasion. Date: Thursday, September 17, 2026 Time: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM Location: Great Wolf Lodge, Perryville, MD Enjoy a full breakfast, hear from influential speakers, and connect with peers who share a dedication to building a stronger Cecil County. Join us for the SECOND Annual Legacy of Leadership Breakfast. This new event was created to honor Cecil County Business Leaders. This year, one distinct individual will receive an award for outstanding leadership within our community.
