The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region (The Arc NCR) supports people in Cecil and Harford Counties with intellectual and/or developmental to create lives that mirror yours and mine: assisting people to live, learn, work, and participate in their communities independently. We are a private, non-profit local chapter of The Arc Maryland and The Arc of the United States, the largest national community-based organization devoted exclusively to improving the quality of life for all adults, children, and families with developmental disabilities. Our services include: Community Living, Community Partners, Employment Services, Family Support Services, and Personal Supports.
